Why does nearly all propaganda take the form of art?

All propaganda take the form of art because is everywhere and catches attention. It is in visual art because our eyes are one of the senses that we use the most and by putting propaganda in the form of visual art, the advertisers are capturing the eye and the attention that they need. Music is another form of art that is used in propaganda. Hearing is the other sense that we use the most and the advertisers know enough to use that kind of art to support their purposes and objectives. Propaganda is used in the form of art because art appeals to all of the senses we use to perceive our surroundings and will catch our attention.
